Thinking Time

KEEPING YOU & YOUR STAFF SAFE AT WORK CHRISTMAS PARTIES
How to avoid smashing Christmas baubles at the work Christmas party is a fun, simple, short video about what’s acceptable behaviour at a work “do” without sounding like the fun police.
Probably most people will think this video is common sense. Which is great!
But it’s been a while since we’ve been together at Christmas.
So before the party gets started, we thought a video (of less than 6 minutes) canvassing the ‘red flag moments’ with good humour and self-preservation in mind would be more entertaining than an email and less arduous than a workshop.
The video talks about the common unacceptable behaviours that can occur at a work Christmas party including:
· bullying
· sexual harassment
· discrimination
· breaches of drug and alcohol policies
· breaches of confidentiality
· offensive Kris Kringles
This is a Christmas present - so please feel free to use it in your organisation.
